Rabbits anti-parasite treatment

We like to check your rabbit on an annual basis. As a general rule, there is not normally a need to worm your rabbit regularly, as there is with dogs and cats.

At each health check, our vets will discuss your rabbit's worming requirement with you on an individual basis and recommend the best product, should worming be required.

There are several different ectoparasites that can affect rabbits. These include fleas, mites and lice. Should you see fleas or mites (commonly known as ‘walking dandruff') please contact us for a consultation. Our vets can then diagnose the condition and recommend the best treatment regime for you and your bunny.
